12) Should contraceptives and birth control information be made available to minors through school clinics? If so, at what age should they be available?
I agree that birth control information and contraceptives will be available to minors through health clinics, but it should be limited only for individuals age 19 years old above. It is because, older individual has the capability of understanding the importance of preventing teenage pregnancy, which is very rampant nowadays. Moreover, there are teenagers who can't avoid themselves in engaging to sexual activity; Hence, availabilty of birth control imformation and contraceptives will prevent or reduce the increasing number of teenage pregnant cases.
