For me, no, listening to popular music and watching music videos with explicit sexual lyrics and actions does not increase the probability for a person to become sexually active. I do believe that it all depends on the environment of that person, peers, and family relationships. If a person usually stays with his/her friends who does not engage themselves in sexual activities, then there is no or very little possibility that that person himself also engages in sexual activities. Though the person may be able to appreciate music with explicit sexual music, unless he/she is surrounded by sexually active persons, the possibility for that person to engage themself in sexual activities is very little. However, in a study conducted in the US, researchers have found that teenagers who listen to raunchy, sex-filled lyrics are more likely to indulge in early sexual activity than their counterparts who don't. Especially dangerous is music that depicts women as sex objects and men as 'sex-driven studs', said Steven Martino, the lead author of the study from Pittsburgh-based Rand Corp. Between 2002 and 2004, the researchers carried out follow-up interviews to track the sexual developments in the teens' lives. Around 51 per cent of teens whose music collection consisted mainly of sexually degrading music began having sex within two years of the three-year study as against 29 per cent of those who did not enjoy such music.
That study was conducted by researchers, so that probably means that for some people, the condition is applicable. This suggests that it depends on the person if he/she would become more sexually active depending upon the environment.

P.S.
(Ang hirap ng ganitong style. Hindi ko makita kung nasaan yung list ng questions. Kinopya ko na lang ito sa isa sa mga posts. Hindi ko alam kung madami na ba sumagot ng tanong na ito. (-_-) )
